POhWER is committed to delivering high quality services that meet the needs and expectations of those who use the service.

As a charity which grew from the desire of a committed group of service users to "make a difference", the views of those who use our services are very important to us.

If our services have given you any cause for concern or reason to complain please do let us know. You may wish to tell the team supporting you directly about your concerns, or you can complete the feedback form on the right of this page.

Either way we will respond to your complaint and investigate it in accordance with our feedback policy.

All feedback we receive is used by our managers to review service provision and our practices so we can aim to provide the best possible service to our clients.
